The story begins when volunteers in charge of rescuing homeless animals report that in a village there is a house with 50 dogs and 10 cats, that the owners cannot take care of all these animals, and that some of them stay hungry for several days.
Volunteer Zhanna visited the site the same day and was horrified by the conditions in which the animals and their owners lived. Among the 50 dogs present, there is one that really caught Jeanne’s attention; his name is Piratka. Pirata was the most mature of all dogs.
A volunteer told the owners that they could no longer keep her alive and that she would distribute all the dogs to shelters to find homes and caring owners. Pirata had a few puppies that were quickly placed into loving homes, but she kept Piratka.
A year later, Jeanne brought home two homeless puppies that needed care. A miracle happened, Piratka took the puppies as her own children and even fed them, she got milk from the cubs.
